UI Specialist:

Required Technical skill sets:
1. 8+ years of industry experience with focus on Front end Web application design and development
2. Developing front end web applications in HTML, JavaScripts, Object Oriented JavaScripts, CSS etc...
2. Experience developing web front end for different browser types
3. Experience using any one of the toolkits Jquery, YUI, DOJO, ExtJS
4. Experience working on large scale projects
5. Strong documentation and presentation skills
6. Experience developing Java applications

Desired skill sets:
1. 508 compliance knowledge
2. Developing J2EE applications using JDK1.5, JSP, JSF, SPRING, Hibernate

Soft skills:
1. Must be able to assist the team in developing professional quality web pages
2. Must be able to understand and translate user requirements to vision
