Enterprise Architect - Washington, DC

Enterprise Architects with strong business consulting skills are needed to develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture (EA) conceptual models outlining the linkages amongst the business mission, functional processes, organizations, data, systems, and supporting technology infrastructure of Federal and Commercial enterprises.

Senior to Mid-Level EA Leadership and Analyst positions are available involving consulting activities such as:

-Facilitating visioning and information gathering sessions with clients, and Interviewing clients, to gather and document their vision and business requirements

-Modeling of business processes and workflow using structured techniques and software tools

-Using Enterprise Architecture methodologies, techniques, and modeling repository tools

-Establishment and maintenance of architecture and development standards, and promoting adherence to these

Experience Requirements:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience with business analysis, requirement analysis, workflow and business process engineering

-Experience with industry-wide EA methodologies, particularly FEAF and IDEF, but also DoDAF and UML

-Experience with enterprise architecture modeling and repository toolset (System Architect, Metis, Provision, or other)

-Good technical and application development skills and experience is a plus

Educational Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- MBA, Computer Science, or Engineering degree a plus
- Professional certifications a plus

- Security Clearance a plus

THE INITIAL DESCRIPTION:



We have an immediate opening for an Enterprise Architect with the following profile:

Current public trust (or higher) clearance.
Extensive Enterprise Architecture experience in the Federal government environment (Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) certification a plus)
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, especially networks and data centers. Data center virtualization experience a plus.
Familiarity with "Cloud computing" and Service Oriented Architectures.
Working knowledge of Federal Segment Architecture Methodology (FSAM). Department of Interior’s Methodology for Business Transformation (MBT) experience a plus.
Significant IT Experience for working with the organization’s Technical Architecture
Leadership skills.

Testing Analyst (401k/Contributions)

Job: Testing Analyst (401k)
Length: 8 months
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Details:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Coordinate the development, testing and implementation of new products and system
enhancements as directed by the Systems Manager.
· Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
· Work closely with all levels of management within the organization to define project
requirements.
· Write detailed design specifications.
· Ensure enhancements meet established quality and end user needs.
· Work closely with internal/external IT programmers to develop, test and implement new
products/enhancements.

POSITION REQUIRED SKILLS:
· BA/BS degree with two to four years of relevant experience.
· Knowledge of Daily Defined Contribution Plan record-keeping (401(k) preferred).
· Background in accounting 401(k) record-keeping a plus.
· Good understanding of operating procedures of investment products.
· Ability / experience writing systems / program specifications and control procedures.
· Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

POSITION PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED):
· Experience working with an IT department in a production environment.
· Candidates with experience DC Systems a plus.
